Senior Operations Manager

Our Client, a Multinational NGO Company, are looking for a Senior Operations Manager. A suitable candidate should have:

• Have a Bachelor degree from recognized university in Civil Engineering or Architecture

• At least 10 years in the same field (NGO)

• Have strong leadership and teamwork skills

• Fluent in English both orally and in writing

• Able to travel over 30% to site in Indonesia extensively

• Have good communication skills at the target community group level

• Have an understanding related to community empowerment and poverty problem in general

Responsibilities:

• Develop, contextualize, and disseminate national programs to be implemented at regional / project level, so that our mission can be achieved by ensuring community empowerment, intervention and values formation that are holistic

• Development of systems and SOP that can be used as references and implemented at program operational level

• Planning, monitoring, and evaluating programs, so that the target set in the Key Performance Indicator can be achieved

• Provide support to other divisions related to the program
